The registration is open!

The Winterschool Registration Form

The HGSFP Winter School is very popular and consistently receives more applications than available spots. We make an effort to select participants in a fair and transparent way, thus, the complete selection process will be disclosed once the participant list is final. Please take a few minutes to fill out our registration form, paying attention to the following remarks:

LaTeX syntax is required for the following text lines:

Title of your poster
Name of author
Affilliation of the author
Abstract text

BUT: Do not use LaTeX-commentary (%) in these lines!

Name of authors: 'Affiliation in brackets, e.g. "M. Mustermann (1)" '
Affiliation of the authors: 'e.g. " (1) Musterinstitut " '
Mobile phone: Is needed for short notices or emergency communication
Date of Birth is needed for registration in the hotel.
Residential address is also needed for registration in the hotel and should include street and number plus city and ZIP code.

Incomplete or incorrect forms will be rejected during the selection process.

Please fill out the online registration form and we will inform you by mid of November about acceptance.
