Registration

Registration will open once the 39th HGSFP Graduate days in October 2017 started.

The Winterschool Registration Form

You can enter up to 1000 characters per text line.
LaTeX syntax is required for the following text lines:

  • Title of your poster
  • Name of author
  • Affilliation of the author
  • Abstract text
BUT: Do not use LaTeX-commentary (%) in these lines!

Please take note of the following remarks:

  • Do not enter special characters (§,$,%,=,#) in the text lines!
  • Name of authors: 'Affiliation in brackets, e.g. "M. Mustermann (1)" '
  • Affiliation of the authors: 'e.g. " (1) Musterinstitut " '
  • Mobile phone: Is needed for short notices or emergency communication
  • Fields marks with an asterix (*) are mandatory
  • Date of Birth is needed for registration in the hotel and should have the following format: DD.MM.YYYY
  • Residential address is also needed for registration in the hotel and should include street and number plus city and ZIP code.

Incomplete or incorrect forms will be rejected during the selection process.
