Data Science - A career opportunity in Consulting?
Abstract:
Data science is a rapidly developing discipline which aims at solving business problems with a mix of information technology and sophisticated mathematics. The explosion of data volumes coming from sources such as machine sensors or social media has made data science a necessary capability for many companies. As market leader in enterprise application software, SAP helps companies of all sizes and industries run better. With in-memory computing - a concept brought to life by the breakthrough SAP HANA product - SAP provides the platform for all kinds of enterprise analytics, data science and much more. Based on this technology, SAP works with customers on highly innovative business use cases, leveraging predictive analytics and optimization algorithms.
